Refund Policy
Fourteen days, any subscription charge, no questions asked. The free autopsy costs nothing and needs no refund.
01 — THE 14-DAY WINDOW
Any subscription charge — the first one or a renewal — is refundable in full for 14 days after it posts. No reason is required.
02 — HOW TO REQUEST ONE
Email hello@cooldown.trade from your account email address, or use the receipt link from our merchant of record. Either route works; the merchant of record issues the refund to the original payment method.
03 — PROCESSING
Refunds are issued promptly on request. Depending on your payment provider, the amount typically appears within 5–10 business days. When a charge is refunded, the subscription ends and monitoring disarms.
04 — CANCELLATION WITHOUT A REFUND
Cancelling is separate from refunding: cancel at any time and the subscription simply does not renew — access runs to the end of the paid period. Nothing here limits any statutory refund rights that apply where you live.
